Different Types of Intakes in Ireland 

Universities in Ireland usually have two intakes namely the Autumn and Spring Intakes. Admissions for the Autumn semesters begin in early September and end in late December, while those for the Spring semesters begin in late January and end in May.

For the Autumn semester, applications are accepted between February and July, and for the spring semester, they are accepted between September and October.

Since there are often fewer people applying for the Autumn intake than the Spring intake, it is easier to get in.
