I have been with Western University for 6 years now & I love it! The nurse practitioner Abby Cappadona is the best! Always so kind and always so attentive of my well being, & answers all my concerns, Also the foot & ankle department is spot on! Had a couple toenails removed due to an injury & I felt no pain. The nails were off completely and healed so fast and my nails are now striving!

The medical office on the second floor has a few rather rude phone staff. One receptionist named Crystle in particular is quite grumpy , there is at least one else there with a similar name so maybe confusion lead to her not being repermanded. The one with a similar name fills in for doctors when they are out of office and is a pleasure to talk to vs the lady who works reception though. I would not name names usually but it is to the point staff at other medical facilities that had to call them bluntly asked me are they normally that rude all the time. I suggested western U to a family memeber, who asked the same thing after the first call. Both times I said no it is just one or two the past year or two. I thought it was just me being awkard when making prior to that. Cutting people off and telling them to talk to anyone else ,about things they can and do handle when the phone call is not ended and someone else called. Due to the other person being able to finish what they were saying or asking. I reported this prior but it has continued. Otherwise I have generally good experiances and staff is friendly and professional.

Thanks the DVM program advisor Richard Medina Who gave me a friendly and informative campus tour after my late arrival! It is a lot of fun and I love the campus!

Just had my first covid19 vaccine shot here. The administering staff was made up of students in training. They were very courteous and friendly. Very nice and clean campus. It's pretty well known for veterinarian training.
