The administration at this school is ideologically possessed and preoccupied with advancing communal "justice". They openly discriminate based on their ideology, in total disregard of the vision of Master Hsin Yun. Prof. Tina Gauthier has publicly admitted that the university discriminates against students based on gender, race, nationality, and religion. This discrimination is a complete failure of the mission of the University and the vision of its founder. This institution has violated several student's Title IX rights for the administration's own expedience.

This school has incredibly low standards. They are constantly deleting classes students need due to low enrollment. Rather than focus their recruitment on drawing Buddhist students, they target low-income students in the area. The cafeteria is only open for 3 hours on weekends (11am-1pm), and they do not stay open on weekdays, except for at meal times, which are 8am-10am, 11:30am-1:30pm, and 5pm-7pm. They have one kitchen, which they lock at night, and it is only open to students who take mandatory training, which is offered several weeks into the semester. This school has a long way to go in how they regard sexism, and they are seemingly uncaring in regards to civil rights issues. I do not suggest this school.
