Was thinking of attending for my graduate degree, but will not anymore. Keep getting harassed with calls and emails from this institution, yet when I reach out to them they never respond. Feels like they just want you for money. Reading other reviews, it appears that this is simply the norm for them. Also the comments about dropping students I keep seeing here are concerning to say the least.....

I decided to get a dual masters degree online and started August 2024. I had dropped out by Jan 2025. The classes were repetitive but doable - the whole 3 I was allowed. My professor graded one of my papers with AI and gave me a 0 for plagiarism without reviewing my paper for himself. I was able to get this corrected after discussing with him. However, I was then "randomly chosen" for a "governmental review" where I was removed from all of my classes and academic program until they received everything they said they needed. I was unable to receive a call, email, or any form of communication during this time from my financial advisor, academic advisor, or anyone from the call center (I waited on hold 3 hours). I was only able to communicate with StAS.FACompliance@phoenix.edu. They said they needed Two official documents mailed to me via USPS, official high school transcripts, and notarized color copies of my social security card and drivers license. I provided all of these and they found a problem with each and every document multiple times so they would not accept any of it for review. There was a minimum of 3-6 days between email replies and the process took so long my fafsa became ineligible and I had to drop out. It then took over a month to obtain proof that the university returned my funds to fafsa. Horrible experience and I would never recommend this "university" to anyone.

I am a recent proud (Graduate) of University of Phoenix. My 4 years attending this university was the most exciting, fun and challenging experience I’ve ever experienced. Through it all. I have truly learned the true meaning and value of what, how, and why I chosen this field from the start. (University of Phoenix) will always have a significant space in my heart. They guided me in such a way that has helped me persevere and apply grit in everything that I do. I am honored to be apart of such an amazing college.
