What a wonderful University! Best University in Iowa. Students have a wide range of majors, excellent faculty, beautiful facilities, and students matter—they are people, not numbers.

Really disappointed in my education and experience. Most classes are lectures read word for word from powerpoints. "Advisers" are just other professors that do not make any attempt to reach out to you...and they change often. I've had 4 different advisers in 4 years. (as well as they often sending you somewhere else to ask questions). Housing is horribly overpriced. Maintenance in the winter is awful about clearing snow and ice. I really wish I would have gone somewhere else. I commute to avoid being on campus.

Supportive staff and faculties rock and deserve 5 stars for sure. Even students create welcoming atmosphere, not as competitive. I dont know what they did differently but my academic years in Iowa tells me that this is the best place to start the university level education. Many campus job opportunities are another element that I have to praise about. Lastly, I am impressed about how the school takes serious measures for the pandemic prevention. Overall, I would recommend this school to anyone who I love and care about.

Faculty is really good and not insanely liberal especially in the department that I was in and it was open to doing the questions. Dorms sucked. Food was incredible

An university where I noticed that the staffs are committed , professional and focused on their job. One should be lucky enough to study here. A peaceful ambient and great weather conditions
