This school is just awful. Nothing is handed over for learning, not only that the school has racist security guards and the experience is extremely poor. Pure scamming and cheating of students and not sure why it can be called a university.

Attending UCA Farnham for two years was an absolute disaster. The level of planning, teaching, and guidance was virtually nonexistent. The entire experience felt more like a degree mill, where students are left to fend for themselves under the guise of "proactive learning." Most lecturers were disengaged, just going through the motions without any genuine effort to teach or inspire. The course head was beyond incompetent—shockingly biased, utterly unprofessional, and consistently rude to students. It was a complete waste of time and money. Avoid this place at all costs.

I applied and was accepted for the foundation course at UCA Farnham a few years ago. I went to the taster day, and it was so bad I decided not to attend. It was clear the tutors didn't want to be there. They were unprofessional, and treated us like we were a tedious chore they had to interrupt their summer break for. The facilities are grubby, but if they'd had good staff, I would have really enjoyed it. I really wanted to be inspired, I ended up being put off of the arts for a couple of years. It was that bad. After I withdrew my application, I was called by a member of admin staff, who asked me why I had done so. On this call, I learnt that many other students had also withdrawn after the taster day. Honestly, I'm not surprised. This was back in 2008/2009, so perhaps things have changed since then. I am, however, leaving this review up because of how badly this college sapped my enthusiasm for the arts. It is not acceptable to treat prospective students like that.

Lovely sculpture garden with 'pools' inspired by C. S. Lewis' ‘Wood Between the Worlds' in the Chronicles of Narnia.

Don't go, this university has gave me depression so bad I can't work, it has ruined my life, the staff made me feel so terrible about myself, they did nothing but lie to me like telling me I didn't have to do a dissertation and them telling me I did when it was too late so I could finish my work and then I complaint they give me an extra year, they then lied to me again by telling me I could finish my practical work so I only had to be part time and once I signed all the paperwork I was told that I couldn't finish my practical work as it was already marked, this push the depression I had over the edge to the point I didn't want to get up in the morning because of all the stress, 1 star is even to good for them, avoid at all costs
