The financial aid department doesn't like to help students that are from low economic backgrounds. i had a financial aid advisor make me feel bad for being poor. I guess your grades don't matter anymore just as long as your family have money you can go to any school u like

Highly recommend for university/college experience. Classes are the right size, and the professors are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Also, it is a beautiful campus only a few miles from uptown.

I recently visited Queens University of Charlotte as a prospective student, and my experience was disappointing. Rather than focusing on academics, student experience, or campus life, the conversation felt entirely centered on finances. It became clear that the university prioritizes donations over genuinely supporting its students. I got the strong impression that their main interest in me was tied to what my family could contribute to their athletic program, rather than my potential as a student or athlete. A school should be built on education, opportunities, and community—not just financial contributions. This visit left me questioning the university’s true priorities.
