We visited the campus today for tour but we were running 15mins late. The receptionist told us someone was coming to assist us to join the group. But when she arrived and saw our color she didn’t even listen to us or where we were coming from or why we were running late! She dismissed us like a candle! She told us we were late and we should book for another day! This was very humiliating and wasn’t a good experience for a parent who’s looking forward to her child attending the school!

PLEASE READ: Went here to get my shoulder looked at as I thought I had a tear. Was told that I was completely fine and just needed some rest and PT possibly. Went to another doctor 3 days later (at a different company) who scheduled an MRI. Long story short, I am not OK and have a tear In my shoulder. Edit: After surgery I was told that not only was it torn but it was completely not rehab able.

This place is a joke! You call they hang up on you. Been trying to get some medicine called in for the past week. They called medicine in but not the medication that I need! Soon as I get my prescription I’m leaving and going to Penn! Do not recommend
