DO NOT GO HERE! I was billed over $200 for a check up but I was specifically told at the desk and by the doctor herself that I would be paying around $300 out of pocket and that I would not be paying anything else after my visit. They NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT BEING BILLED after my visit. I felt like I was cheated because I was giving Morehouse doctors office a chance because I know how underfunded they are but this has completely made me not a want to go anywhere near Morehouse again. I am so disappointed. I can never reach the billing service to dispute it. I have called every day. They are nothing but liars that want money obviously. I would not suggest anyone to go there. I have already told my associates and family to not go there and to look elsewhere. I hope this review I will get a response.

We were just here for a conference and the school is beautiful. The staff here was attentive and helpful and even with technical difficulties, they were ready to jump in and help. The facilities are well maintained and beautiful and overall it was a great experience here!

I arrived for my scheduled appointment for a complete physical examination, and never received service. It was really frustrating, after taking time off from work, and arriving. I completed paperwork and submitted it to the young lady at the front desk with my driver license and insurance card. The young lady told me that I had to pay $115.00 because I had not met my deductible. I explained that my co-payment was either $15.00 or $20.00. She stated several times that I had to pay $115.00. I called my insurance company while in the office and was advised on the phone that my co-payment is $20.00 but because it is for a Physical Examination that my co-payment is nothing/$0.00. While I was on the phone and also trying to communicate and get requested information from the ladies to give to my insurance company/insurance examiner as she requested, one of the ladies told me to get from behind the counter in a rude manner and tone; I was on the side of the counter on my cell phone trying to get information from them to provide to my insurance examiner as she asked questions to resolve this. Since I would not pay the $115.00, I was not seen by the doctor. I asked for my completed paperwork back with my personal information that I had completed and submitted to them, and the two young ladies said that they had already shredded my paperwork; one of the ladies said to me in an very arrogant tone have a good day. Mind you, I am a senior citizen, over 68 years old. As I was leaving the office, the young ladies begin talking about me and the situation with another lady waiting to see a doctor/customer in the waiting room.
