Avoid this college at all costs! I had a terrible experience with this institution. My issue could have been resolved with a simple reminder that I had forgotten to fill in a "take a break" form; instead, they kicked me off the course. To make matters worse, they are now demanding I pay £100. The lack of communication and understanding is appalling. The entire situation could have been handled more reasonably, but instead, I am left feeling completely unsupported and unfairly treated. I would not recommend this college to anyone! There are so many bad reviews here, and many great colleges are out there - don't join this one!!

I took the free digital marketing course. It is a complete waste of time. You are better off watching a couple of YouTube videos. They try to get you to download and sign up to software and apps and the course is just a vehicle for that. Staff keep emailing me a year later to sign a learning agreement to my old address. I signed to the correct details last year. Having to block them as they are too incompetent to update or search through their own records.

One of the tutors called me a “plank of wood”. Hope none of you guys have to deal with him. Horrible place to send your children, I wouldn’t recommend it in the slightest. Picture for reference.

Staff taking too much time off due to CONVID etc work experience not provided due to no mini bus driver. Students missing out. There are plenty of mini bus services available locally which I'd of happily paid towards the cost of if needs be.

I have completed two online courses with this college, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. They were always prompt in their responses, and I received a great deal of support from both the tutors and progress coaches. Even when I had to extend my submission deadlines due to work, life, and online studies, they were understanding and accommodating. I first enrolled after being referred by Free Online Courses UK, and for my second course, I applied directly through their website—both processes were smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate how well they manage everything, ensuring students have the support they need to successfully complete their courses. I’m more than happy with my experience and highly recommend them!
