Pretty nice university tbh Griffith University is a public research university in South East Queensland on the east coast of Australia. Founded in 1971,[2] Griffith was opened in 1975, introducing Australia's first degrees in environmental science and Asian Studies. The university has five campuses in Gold Coast, Nathan, Logan, South Bank, and Mt Gravatt regions.The university was named after Sir Samuel Walker Griffith, who was twice Premier of Queensland and the first Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia. I haven’t started studying here yet but I have called admin multiple times as I have been confused about enrolment and I have to say all of the staff have been amazing. This one man in particular blew me away with his customer service (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) but I was confused on how to pick my classes (I haven’t studied in a few years) and I asked him if I could come in for someone to help me. He told me “no problem let’s do it together now”. He sat with me on the phone for 45 minutes!! He was watching what I did from his end and guided me in the right path. I work in customer service and I can say his patience, kindness and understanding will never be forgotten. Thank you to all the amazing staff here. I cannot wait to start soon!

I was a student with a disability and thought I would get help with my course but instead got the run around and told it was my fault for not understanding, sigh. If you a person with a disability, AVOID Griffith University. They are more interested in making money than actually helping their students. So BEWARE do not trust Griffith if they say they will help you if you have an issue. I am now going to UQ St Lucia because there program is EXCELLENT.

The serious lack of quality in education is concerning. I am a 3rd year Bachelor of Business student and you have to email your tutors days after final results release date to ask for results. No support for students and I regret choosing this uni as an international student… when I had so many other options.
