I tried to apply for a post graduate program multiple times and I was qualified for all of their program inquiries. After they received the application fee and approval of all the inquiries, they said I’m on a very long waiting list and don’t have chance to take it and recommend to apply for next semester! I absolutely do not recommend you to put yourself in this ridiculous situation and go for other opportunities in your life. It really doesn’t worth!

I have never seen such a irresponsible college in my life. I had a really bad experience regarding my education in this college. If you email them you have to wait 2 weeks minimum for a reply back or will never reply at all. No proper advise was given on what to do to resolve the issue. Professors are not at all helpful and they are very rude, racist and dean is a puppet in the hands of the administrators. If you are looking for diploma go ahead, if you are looking for education, never recommend. Even if you call the contact centre they won't pick up the call. Such a waste of money. They treat the international students as garbage.

The college was established during the formation of Ontario's community college system in 1967. Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology were established on May 21, 1965. The college is named after George Brown, who was an important 19th-century politician and newspaper publisher (he founded the Toronto Globe, forerunner to The Globe and Mail) and was one of the Fathers of Confederation.

I studied there for 2 years. Generally, it's a good campus. It has parking areas around but a bit expensive. You also can beside the street. It has 2 food courts that don't have too many choices, but it's not bad (Pizza Pizza, Tim Horton's, Subway, Pizza Nova etc.). It's 5 mins walking to the subway. A big library and too many computers. It also has a big silent area to study. Medium gym size.

I attended George Brown College for continuing education and had a very positive experience. The teachers were excellent, the security and other staff were friendly and helpful. The campus was conveniently located and easy to navigate. If you are looking for a quality institution for further education, I highly recommend George Brown College.
