My visits to the University was to support my cousin from Metairie Louisiana whose plays football and track for them. Galladuet University community is great, l love seeing them participate in all sporting activities as any other universities/college. It's a great school for the deaf and hard of hearing. I'm happy he selected to attend Galladuet University.

Great campus and even better institution for the deaf/hard of hearing. I visited the campus after taking a class in ASL because I was just very interested and wanted to explore the famous university itself! They use American Sign Language as their first language. Gallaudet University is truly a safe and open space for the deaf/hard of hearing. It's also located in a great spot and many people living in DC actually know how to sign!

Surprising find in DC. Clean and welcoming. Unfortunately my toilet tank ran all night and leaf blowers on campus woke me up before 8:00am. Had no idea that there was a National Deaf Life museum in DC that is on campus as well.

Gallaudet University is a beautiful, outstanding, cultured giant of innovation. I cannot say enough good things about it. It is located on FL avenue in DC. It is 144miles from central va. There is on campus housing, and off campus options. The school has a vast history and a bright future. Absolutely amazing.
