Just finished my final undergraduate year at this University and I thoroughly enjoy it! Great campus, everything is close together. There's a McColls, Subway and Starbucks on campus too. Great facilities and excellent teaching staff.

Absolute waste of time and money. When my father in law passed during the course, Lynne, the course leader for the PGCE wouldn’t even pick up the phone. I tried repeatedly. Each week she would stand at the front of the hall and encourage people to reach out if they needed support. Each week she would tell me to call. Each week she failed to pick up. I ultimately dropped out to support my family, with the university only adding pressure rather than giving support. To add insult to injury, when I later applied for a non-teaching job and needed to confirm my attendance on this course: the university refused to say that my withdrawal was related to bereavement. No doubt because it interferes with their intended image of being a supportive institution. Do not waste your time on this place. Go elsewhere.

Great location with lovely staff! What a beautiful campus!! I was here for a psychology viva and really enjoyed the campus.

In my view, Edge Hill University offers a beautiful campus with excellent facilities that create a supportive learning environment. The staff are friendly and approachable, and the focus on student success is evident. The library, sports center, and modern accommodations are standout features. However, like any institution, there is room for improvement, particularly in course curriculum. Overall, I believe it’s a great place to study and grow.

I go to this University for Primary Education and have had an incredible first year. The tutors and lecturers are helpful and informative. The campus is gorgeous- especially with our campus cat.
