I waited 5 years in pure excitement to be in the animation program. But I’ve been let down time and time again. The infrastructure is terrible. If you have an issue with a teacher or the way someone’s treating you (especially if you’re not white) they will hardly do anything to help if you’re lucky. The animation professor flies by the seat of his pants and in the time I’ve been here I feel like it’s been a massive waste of time and money. He teaches on software the industry doesn’t use, the taught us the pure basics and nothing more, treats us terribly, the lab we work in’s AC and heat barely works, I’ve been yelled at by a security officer while I was sitting and working, and I’ve had to learn most of everything I have done myself. This school was the worst investment I’ve sunk money into and good riddance when I’m done with it.

I'm a Drury grad and I must say, Drury is an amazing place to go to college. The computer science department is fantastic. The professors go out of their way to help you and make sure you succeed. I would recommend it over any large state college. I went to both MSU and Arizona State and they don't hold a candle to Drury. Great school and great environment.

Drury U is a great place that provides a fantastic education. It’s a quaint campus in the historic Midtown area of Springfield and there are lots of activities to do within a few minutes of campus.
