Excellent engineering school - my son and daughter in law both loved it there. It was their home . They were involved in many clubs including pep club and dance clubs. They graduated and remain very involved alums! . He went on to a fast track masters program. She a fast track nursing program. Now our daughter is attending Clarkson and she loves it!!

Great engineering school with huge alumni network across the nation.

Beautiful surroundings, nice size classrooms. Inside buildings are nice.

I only visited this school when growing up. I sat through a recruiting trip with the Men's lacrosse Head coach. He seemed generally interested in accepting me as a student, and I my application was accepted. They were originally my first choice of school, I was generally impressed. It wasn't the only engineering school I looked at, RPI Engineers, completely overwhelming. I ended up going elsewhere because of their differences in majors, schools and what I already knew I wanted to study. My commitment just wasn't enough for me because of the coursework, and so I don't regret graduating from another school. If they have the exact major I was looking for I would've committed to this school no questions asked.

Today is the time to leave Clarkson. I had my wonderful two years in Clarkson and Potsdam. My research career will continue in NJ, but I will not forget this place along with the local people I have made friends with. I will be back some day in the future. Ciao!
