Completely useless and unprofessional. I spent hours trying to request my transcript..stuck on hold forever, only to be hung up on the second someone finally picked up. This didn’t just happen once. When I did get through, I was kept on hold again, transferred, and then told, “Hold on, I’m getting another call,” like my time meant nothing. The staff clearly have no training, no urgency, and no idea how to handle basic tasks. It should not take this much effort to access your own academic records. Alumni support is clearly an afterthought at Centennial. If you expect even the bare minimum of competence, good luck! you’re on your own.

Centennial College in Scarborough, particularly the Progress Campus, offers an exceptional and comprehensive educational experience. The college provides a wide array of courses that cater to diverse academic interests and career goals, making it an ideal choice for students pursuing diplomas, certificates, or degrees. The Progress Campus is expansive, offering ample space for both academic and extracurricular activities. Classrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring an optimal learning environment enhanced by modern technology and resources. In addition to its strong academic offerings, the campus features a range of excellent amenities designed to support student life. The recreation center provides a fantastic space for students to stay active and unwind. The welcome center creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for new students. For those entering the job market, the interview room is a valuable resource, and the study rooms offer quiet spaces for focused learning. The library is well-stocked with a vast collection of books and resources, making it an indispensable tool for research and study. Parking is abundant, with a large parking area available for students and visitors, though it is a paid facility. Despite this, the convenience and security it offers make it worthwhile. Additionally, the campus benefits from excellent TTC bus service, ensuring easy and reliable public transportation options for commuting students. In summary, Centennial College's Progress Campus in Scarborough stands out for its quality education and comprehensive student support. The variety of courses, excellent facilities, expansive campus, and strong transport links make it an outstanding choice for anyone looking to further their education. I highly recommend Centennial College for those seeking a top-tier academic experience in a supportive and well-equipped environment.

I visited Centennial College today to pay my tuition fees and unfortunately had a disappointing experience at the help desk. The staff member I dealt with was very rude and unwelcoming—there was no greeting, and her tone throughout the interaction was dismissive. When I asked about the receipt after paying $7,500, she simply said it would be emailed later and offered no further help. The first thing she asked was whether I was an international student, and from that point, her attitude changed noticeably, almost as if I was being judged. It was frustrating, especially considering that Centennial College promotes respect and inclusivity at the front of the help desk. Sadly, my experience did not reflect those values.

I recently took the CELPIP exam at Centennial College, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The exam environment was not what I expected, and several issues stood out that made the process uncomfortable. First, the invigilator was not accommodating at all. Instead of offering multiple pages for rough work, I was given only one page at a time. This slowed me down and created unnecessary tension during the exam. It would have been much more helpful to have extra pages available for rough notes and brainstorming. Additionally, I was disturbed multiple times throughout the exam, which I found very unprofessional and disruptive. At one point, I asked for water, only to be told I would have to go outside the exam room to get it. This seemed unreasonable, especially since I was not allowed to carry a water bottle with me inside the room. The invigilator’s response was extremely rude and unhelpful, making a stressful situation even worse. Overall, my experience at Centennial College for the CELPIP exam was very negative. The lack of proper accommodations and the rude attitude from the invigilator made the whole experience unpleasant, and I would not recommend this location for anyone looking to take the CELPIP exam.

I've been attending Centennial College's Progress Campus for Mechanical Engineering Technology Design , and I must say, it's been an incredible experience! Pros: - State-of-the-art facilities, including modern classrooms, labs, and equipment - Experienced and supportive instructors who genuinely care about student success - Diverse and vibrant campus community, with plenty of opportunities to connect with peers and professionals - Convenient location, with easy access to public transportation and amenities Cons: - Some areas of the campus can get quite crowded, making it difficult to find study spaces Overall: Centennial College's Progress Campus has exceeded my expectations. The college offers a wide range of programs, and the faculty and staff are dedicated to helping students achieve their goals. I've had numerous opportunities to engage in hands-on learning, networking, and extracurricular activities, which have greatly enhanced my academic and personal growth. If you're considering attending Centennial College, I highly recommend the Progress Campus. It's a fantastic institution with a lot to offer!
