The most Bible based and purposeful university around. Solid as a rock in these turbulent times. My freshman is in great hands. Top notch professors, administration, student leaders, and 1000 day stewardship plan to help young people develop into adults who love God with all their heart, love their neighbors, and lead in their professions. Praise the Lord!

Had a wonderful visit to Cedarville University. The students and faculty we met on both formally on the tours and informally on campus have an passion and appreciation for the school, the vision, values, the leadership, their education, and for people in general. Just an amazing culture there. Update: Now after visiting again, I'm further impressed. Very solid teaching, both academically and in the Biblical teaching. The staff and leadership love God, love people, and really strive to help the students succeed not only in their future career, but in life. When asked tough questions, the leadership does not give in to what people say or even try to walk a fine line trying to please everyone, but they stick to the Bible as the source of truth, and practice grace and truth. I sat in a Bible class and talked to several professors and saw the passion first hand! I encourage you to visit their web site and watch a few of the Chapel archives.

Linda and I were eager to visit the Campus after 23 years when her daughter attended. So much NEW CONSTRUCTION is in-progress! Linda may recall the Student Center building may have been completed in her daughter's last year. A new entire pedestrian-only area in the heart of all the classroom buildings has construction across, and south of the Student Center. And, so many NEW DORMS! In my opinion, the Campus is RIPE for a street level Monorail traversing the dorms to Engineering right through the pedestrian walkway with a bridge crossing the storm overflow and valley. This Trail is home based at the Student Center. Another "Trail" line runs east to west with a lighted tunnel north of the Student Center, and going under the north/south Trail. But, the blessing to this University is there are only male and female students as our Living God intended- each with a unique Plan to RAISE THE KINGDOM! We decided to go inside the Student Center. The Dining Hall is expansive. The Boarding Fee can be reduced with a significant deposit to a spending account. Scholarships can be $10,000 per semester even! Upon leaving the Center, we encountered two young ladies doing homework. Turns out, they are Psychology majors: the same as Linda received her degree in teaching. I am not a student of cedarville nor was I ever. But both my brothers were. They had amazing experiences. But then when my mom was in need of a job cedarville has been one of the most cruel and dismissive places around. She has had the perfect background for this position, they have told her there are more qualified applicants. Yet continue to search for the job for months later. They finally give her an interview, and leave her with no answers, other than an email stating they want to move forward with more qualified applicants. For a Christian college cedarville is disregarding of other people's time and situations We know those who have gotten jobs here with little to no experience, but my mother who spent years and time into administrative positions for Christian schools, is somehow not qualified. On the job level, this college is a joke.

Visiting we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the grounds were. Many of the buildings have huge windows overlooking the lake. Excited they are getting new dorms as the old ones need to be replaced. Overall it appears the President and professors care deeply about students. Also the student body as a whole are some of the kindest students we have come across while visiting multiple campuses. Highly impressed!
