Almost all dorms were built in the 70s, so no cooling in most. The more recent remodels are done by trash companies that don't finish their work and the newest built dorm, 17, is the prime example of this. They tout this as costing half of the projected cost of the original design and it shows! The townhouses are marginally better but have issues all their own. The area around some floods occasionally, while others have missing venting for stoves or bathrooms since the contractor decided to not do it. Dorm 17 has a lithium bromide absorption chiller in its basement, real treat if that leaks or otherwise has an issue. No one here is trained on lithium bromide absorption chillers maintenance, so pray for us.

Did not come here for college/university. Came here for a function. The venue was suitable for our function although some classrooms did not have enough seats for attendees. (Ever see a white-haired old lady sitting on the floor? Not a pretty picture.) The dining hall was mostly adequate for our event, but the only gluten free option was the salad bar. Glad I had brought a sandwich. The seating in auditorium was a bit too cramped for my preferences. Cannot imagine how a fatter person would have felt in those seats. Did not see any bike racks. Campus looked nice and peaceful, but I am not living there or studying there. Just saying it looked peaceful. Seems like there is decent RIPTA service to and from the campus on a frequent schedule.

I have never seen a college that is so devoted to the mental health and academic success for their students. The support and guidance they offer their students is at a much higher standard then most colleges. My daughter has disabilities and with all the tools and resources they offer, she will succeed and go out into the world and give back with kindness and love. I am so proud of my daughter for picking such an amazing University.

We did a college tour there. Very nice place. My son liked it more than the other business school we visited in Massachusetts the next day. Love the size of the classes.

Whoever designed the campus layout should have their head examined I’m handicapped and had to walk what felt like 3 miles from the parking lot to the field hockey field not shuttle to bring you there nothing and the seating at the field is harendous not a fan !
