Cool place, enjoyed hearing the history!

It's not for everyone, but I really enjoyed my time at Belmont University. The institution prepared me well for a career in the music industry and I wouldn't be the same person had I gone elsewhere. The school is excellent at setting up internships for students and the alumni network is robust. I found many of my classes to be enlightening and thought provoking. The professors and administration still uphold Christian values, but it's my understanding that secular ideals are being more readily taught and spread. In my opinion, it's healthy to be an environment filled with people of varying beliefs and lifestyles opposed to a more sheltered bubble, but I'm not a fan of misrepresentation. If you're expecting a Liberty University or Azusa Pacific University kind of experience, this isn't the institution for you. My main complaints are the food could be better and the school is growing too quickly! Their acceptance rate is out of control and I question whether the admission standards have lowered. By all accounts, it's a reputable, legitimate university, but I hope the school doesn't loose its quality and identity in the coming years.

Belmont is a very good school, I just think they might eventually need to stop expanding and focus on current students. Overall, I'm really enjoying my experience here!

Beautiful house lots of fun exploring all the rooms. The historical interpreters are amazing. So much knowledge about every item in the house.
