I gave birth in Albert Einstein on November 1st 2024 they were not serious at all they were on their phones throughout the operation They took more than 3 hours before they were able to remove the baby After a week I came back to the hospital with severe headaches and abdominal pain and I was rushed there with ambulance but they just gave me ibuprofen I told them to do scan and see because the pain was like something in my uterus it was hell but the just gave me ibuprofen and told to go. I came home and was rush to another hospital and they able to understand my pain and admitted me for the treatment the did 2 and ct scan and they treated But Albert Einstein the nurses were mean A nurse ask me to carry my bag whiles I was in labour I told her I can’t she use her leg to kick it and she was very rude and disrespectful and she nearly hurt me I regret going to Albert Einstein to give birth Luck I was able to get pictures and video I will never recommend Albert Einstein hospital to anyone

Albert Einstein College of medicine is developing really really fast the community culture and has very familial kind of environment. It’s really a good workplace to work at in a collaborative environment.

The front desk receptionist on the date of 12/7/24 at approximately 11am. She is so rude asking me if I'm leaving. When my aunt had a seizure and is in the emergency room. I returned my pass and she gave me a sarcastic remark: oh hi you leaving bye. What kind of receiving and comfort to worried family members is that. Smh

Went to the Hutchinson dental center and I had a smooth experience there. Went to get a dental appointment for my self and my daughter. The receptionist was very pleasant and helped my thru the process.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had in the hospital. I am a sickle cell patient and I frequent the hospital very often. I came in with an open wound (severe and painful leg ulcer). First off they put me in a chair instead of a stretcher to lay down. My foot is supposed to be elevated instead they had my foot down. Secondly they gave me opioids for pain which makes me drowsy. They should have put me in a stretcher at that point but no..I was so uncomfortable and in excruciating pain. I have been asking to see the charge nurse and they have not gone to get them for me so I can speak to them. This is horrible and poor attention. The only thing I can say is that my PA Rafael was kind and listened to me when I asked him to use the machine to get my veins as I am an extremely hard stick but other than that they need to do better.
