You will need two forms of identification to open a bank account. Ireland's banks are required to identify you and verify your address. As evidence of your identification and address, you can not use the same document. These are minimum requirements and looking for additional information is at the bank's discretion.

If you are from a non-EU country, to be eligible for a visa to study in Ireland, you must complete a minimum of 15 hours of planned contact time per week. If you are an English language student who wants to live in Ireland for less than 90 days and mix studying with other tourism experiences, you will be listed as an educational visitor and subject to visit / holiday visa regulations.

All non-Irish nationals who are not EU / EEA or Swiss citizens must register at your third-level institution in person with the Garda National Immigration Bureau (GNIB) upon arrival and upon completion of registration. You must submit a residence permit / GNIB passport from the GNIB.

Some courses do not require any testing because British universities accept the Indian academic scores, but some technical courses such as LLB and Medicine require exams such as LNAT and UKCAT. GMAT is also only required in certain universities for MBA or Masters.
