In the beginning, I started singing songs that I knew but later I started participating in all the musical competitions in my school. I also joined the music community of my school, it was then I figured out that not only do I like singing, I have a natural talent for it.

How do you feel about it?

Honestly, it has been a great experience. I am glad I discovered this talent of mine. Music became my safe space and it offered me peace amidst the chaos of the world. I had to leave my music classes when I moved for college but every time I am back in my hometown, I visit my music class and sing along with other kids.

Cooking: Describe A Natural Talent You Want To Improve

Introduction

God has gifted all of us with a natural talent. Some figure it out in the early stages of their life while for some it may take some time. But once you know what your talent is, you must nurture it to its full potential. Today I am going to share about a very important event of my life that changed my perspective on things.

What is it?

As a kid, I always liked to play with my kitchen play set in our backyard. While my brother pulled me to play all sorts of games that involved running and fighting I always stuck with my kitchen play sets. Later on in my life, I realised I had a god-gifted talent for cooking.

When did you discover it?

As mentioned earlier I always liked to play with my kitchen play set. When I was a teenager I liked watching my mother cook and learn new recipes from the internet. But it was when I moved away from home for college, I discovered my natural talent for cooking. I lived in a hostel and as known by all hostels food is the worst. So I started cooking snacks in the evening in my hostel room. At that time I was going through a rough patch in my life. So every time I came home from college in the evening, I would go to the kitchen and cook something for myself. My warden saw me cooking daily and one day she asked me “Do I enjoy cooking”.It was this question that ignited my long-lost fire for cooking.

How do you want to improve it?

As soon as I discovered my natural talent for cooking, I knew I didn’t want to lose it this time. I was a full-time student so I enrolled myself in a weekend cooking class. And I must say this was the best decision which I took for my life. In the class, I learned to cook new varieties of dishes and honed a few skills I already had.

How do you feel about it?

Enrolling myself in cooking classes to improve my natural talent, turned out to be a life-changing decision for me. As I said earlier I was going through a rough patch in my life, and cooking became my solitude. At first, I cooked to escape the chaos but later I owned that talent, listed myself for full-time cooking classes and now I am a gourmet chef in a Michelin-star restaurant.

Conclusion

To conclude I would like to say that everyone should nourish their natural talent as it has the capability of turning your life for good.
