No Students in general will continue to have no rights to reunification of the family. Your husband, father, domestic partner or child will have to apply for their own Visa for the visa needed for students and this submission will be judged on its own merit. Partners, spouses and/or children will be considered in their own right as applicants, but they can not advance their application for entry or residence on the basis of their relationship with another student. Kids other than those born during their stay will not require students to be accompanied or joined.
