what all are the countries which require a licence to practice psychology?

It is not just the requirement for training and licensing that vary widely worldwide, but also the difficulties of ethical working in another culture or language. "The United States and Canada are the only countries requiring a doctoral degree to have a licensed psychologist. The rules on documentation in countries such as New Zealand and Australia are not strictly limited by well educated clinical psychologists, and are not as restrictive as in the case of paperwork or educational qualification. Also there is no licensing or regulation of clinical psychology in many developed countries, including India, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.
